WHAT TO EXPECT

Booking Notes

Live embroidery activations have a four-hour minimum. Your event plan is tailored to your products, service window and personalization needs.

Availability is not reserved until your proposal/agreement is accepted and the required booking payment specified in your quote is received.

Merchandise may be supplied by Atlanta Monogram or by the client, depending on the event.

Rush timelines, complex branding and multiple-day events require an event-specific plan.

Production capacity is estimated. Completion of every guest order is not guaranteed. Overtime and unfinished post-event personalization require separate approval and billing.

Merchandise and sourcing are paid in full before ordering; the activation fee is paid in full before the event. Arrival, setup and guest service times are confirmed in your quote.

Plan your live embroidery experience

Products, machines & capacity

Tell us what you want to personalize and how many items you expect. We’ll recommend a machine and operator plan that fits your event.

1. Your event

Live activations have a four-hour minimum. Setup, testing and breakdown are scheduled separately. For multiple days, describe each day’s service window below.

2. Your products & personalization

Guest count and item count are different. Estimate the total pieces you want personalized, including multiple items per guest. Leave the item count blank if you’re unsure.

Product suitability and handling time are reviewed before capacity is confirmed.

3. Machines, operators & capacity

Understanding live embroidery capacity

Planning baseline: approximately 6–7 simple, approved items per active hour for each machine with its own dedicated operator. These examples are estimates, not a guaranteed item count or a reservation of equipment.

Shared operators, product changes, difficult hooping, longer designs, multiple placements, guest approvals, power interruptions and machine delays can reduce output. Product-specific capacity requires review. More machines only increase this baseline when each has a dedicated operator; equipment and staffing are confirmed in your proposal.

Before you submit

  • Payment & booking. Merchandise and sourcing are paid in full before ordering; the activation fee is paid in full before the event. Your private proposal confirms scope, due dates and booking terms. An inquiry does not reserve your date.
  • Service time & output. Arrival, setup, guest service, intake cutoff and breakdown are confirmed separately. Estimated capacity depends on products, design, machines and operators. Completion of every guest order is not guaranteed.
  • Guest approvals. Guests choose from the approved menu and approve spelling, initials in the intended stitch order, colors and placement before stitching. Individual digital proofs are not included in standard live service.
  • Queue & unfinished items. Complete, approved orders enter the agreed queue. Intake may close when remaining capacity is reached. Overtime and post-event personalization need separate written approval and billing; you may decline post-event work.
  • Venue & merchandise. The host confirms loading access, stable power, a safe workspace and an on-site contact. Client-supplied products must be approved for embroidery suitability. Share menu limits, cutoff and pickup arrangements with guests and staff.
