Live Embroidery À La Carte
Curate your live embroidery experience
The details make the experience.
Build an activation around your products, your guests and your event goals. Our à la carte services support everything from planning and personalized artwork to guest intake, advance preparation and completion after the event.
Plan the experience
Event consultation
Dedicated planning conversations, event recommendations, capacity guidance and coordination tailored to your activation. All event consultation is a paid service and is quoted separately from the live embroidery activation.
Planograms & station layouts
An event-specific layout showing machine placement, tables, guest intake, pickup areas and workspace needs. The deliverables and any layout revisions are defined in your proposal.
Guest flow & customer logistics
A plan for order intake, queues, approval steps, pickup arrangements and staff responsibilities, designed around your venue, product mix and guest count.
Design the details
Digital order forms
Creation or customization of an electronic intake form for your event’s approved products, fonts, thread colors, placements and guest approvals. Form setup and agreed testing are quoted separately.
Custom icons & embroidery artwork
Event-specific icons, sayings or artwork prepared for embroidery. Design development, digitizing, approved revisions and any required testing are scoped in your proposal.
Printed order forms & intake materials
Creation of event-specific paper order forms, approval fields and print-ready intake materials. Printing and material costs are identified separately when applicable.
Prepare before the event
Product procurement & sourcing
Finding suitable merchandise, reviewing product options, coordinating approved purchases and organizing delivery. Product costs and procurement services are separate from the activation fee; purchases begin after written approval and required payment.
Pre-event samples & sew-outs
Samples made before your event to review embroidery appearance, placement, materials and suitability. The number of samples, product costs and production work are quoted before sample creation.
On-site preproduction & setup
Additional on-site preparation, product staging, testing or preproduction before guest service begins. Arrival, preparation time and active service hours are scheduled separately and listed in your proposal.
Support your team & finish the work
Post-event item completion
Personalization completed after the booked event window. Remaining quantities, designs, handling and delivery arrangements receive a separate quote and require written approval. You may decline post-event work; unfinished items are not automatically included in the activation fee.
Event staff training
Training or a dedicated briefing for your team on the approved menu, order forms, guest approvals, queue management and pickup process. Training time, attendees and responsibilities are defined in the agreed scope.
Create your event plan
Tell us your event date, product ideas, estimated personalization quantity and the à la carte services you would like to add. We’ll review the scope and prepare an event-specific proposal.
Capacity is estimated. Product type, design complexity, active service hours, machines and dedicated operators shape the production plan. Additional services do not guarantee that every guest order will be completed during the event.
