The Baby Station | Baby Shower Parties from $25 Per Person

Atlanta Monogram · Little Keepsakes, Shared With Love

The Baby Station

Onesie, Infant Suit & Bib Bar · From $25 Per Guest

A sweet, hands-on activity for baby showers, baby sprinkles, family gatherings and community celebrations. Guests choose a stock bib or infant bodysuit, select a design from our ready-made collection and help create something special for the little one.

Our per-person packages begin with available stock items and pre-made designs. Add a baby’s name or monogram as an optional upgrade to make the keepsake even more personal.

Choose Your Keepsake Package

Every package includes: the listed stock items, one stock design per included item, staff application of the selected designs, a hosted station, standard setup and cleanup, and up to two hours of guest-facing service.

Reserve at least 12 guest places in one base package. Smaller groups are welcome at the same package minimum. These packages are designed for 12–25 guests; larger groups receive a tailored per-person quote.

Stock colors, styles and sizes are confirmed before booking. Infant bodysuit sizes can be coordinated across the group to create a keepsake wardrobe for the baby as they grow.

Pick From Our Ready-Made Design Bar

The host chooses a theme and color direction in advance. We curate a manageable menu of stock designs so guests can enjoy choosing their favorites.

• Ready-made printed designs: colorful transfers selected from our pre-printed design sheets.
• Pre-cut vinyl designs: simple shapes, motifs and sweet sayings from the stock collection.
• Stock patches: suitable ready-made patches selected for the approved baby items and placements.

Each included item receives one stock design: a printed transfer, pre-cut vinyl design or approved stock patch. Theme ideas include swans, bows, toy trains, whales, koalas, teddy bears, florals and little stars. We confirm the available ready-made collection for your chosen theme before booking.

Guests choose their design and layout; our team handles the application and finishing. Printed transfers, vinyl and patch options vary by fabric and item. Custom artwork and made-to-order designs are quoted separately.

Little Themes to Love

Choose a favorite motif or a coordinated nursery-inspired collection. Theme ideas can be adapted to available stock colors and ready-made designs.

• Sweet Swans: graceful swans with ivory, blush or pale-blue accents.
• Bows for Baby: classic bows in soft, coordinated colors.
• Little Toy Trains: playful trains in gentle blue, sage or warm neutral tones.
• Whale Hello, Baby: sweet whales and ocean-inspired colors.
• Koala Cuddles: koalas with soft gray and eucalyptus-green accents.

Share your theme when you inquire. Your proposal confirms the included stock selections and any custom requests priced separately.

Add a Name or Monogram

Personalization is an optional upgrade per item. A group can book the stock-design experience on its own or reserve upgrades for selected keepsakes.

Personalization includes one approved placement, one color and a choice from the event’s stock font menu. Names, initials and upgrade quantities must be approved before the preparation deadline listed in your proposal. Heat-applied personalization is prepared ahead of the party.

Live embroidery is a pre-booked group upgrade with a $150 minimum embroidery total per event. That minimum applies toward the embroidery selected for your group. Suitable items, placement, staffing and completion arrangements are confirmed before booking.

A simple example: A Petite Bib Party for 12 guests costs $300. Add an $8 heat-applied name to all 12 bibs and the total is $396 before applicable tax, travel or approved extras.
