Now Hiring: Live Embroidery & Event Team
Atlanta Monogram is growing our team for live embroidery experiences, retail brand activations, pop-ups, and private events throughout metro Atlanta. We create beautiful personalized pieces while guests watch the magic happen—and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in both craftsmanship and hospitality.
Hiring now for booked events only. These are flexible, as-needed event opportunities throughout metro Atlanta, including some evenings and weekends. Hours and assignments depend on event bookings; regular weekly hours are not guaranteed. As Atlanta Monogram grows, some team members may be considered for additional studio production or overflow projects, but that work is not currently part of these positions or guaranteed.
Experienced or just getting started? Both are welcome to apply. We're looking for skilled multi-needle operators who can step into live-event production, as well as dependable, detail-oriented beginners interested in learning embroidery through hands-on support and supervised training as opportunities allow.
Bring personalized products to life on-site. Tasks may include hooping and stabilizing merchandise, preparing designs, operating embroidery machines, changing thread colors, checking placement and stitch quality, and helping keep production on schedule.
Best fit: Experienced machine operators who are comfortable with multi-needle embroidery, hooping, stabilizers, placement, thread troubleshooting, and quality checks. Live-event experience is a plus, but not required.
Interested in learning the craft? Support our production team with merchandise preparation, hooping and stabilizer setup, thread and supply organization, order tracking, and supervised practice as appropriate. Hands-on sewing, textiles, craft, or production experience is helpful, but prior embroidery machine experience is not required to apply.
Best fit: Patient learners who pay attention to details, follow instructions, communicate clearly, and are excited to build skills over time. Training opportunities depend on event staffing and business needs; applicants will not be expected to operate unfamiliar machinery independently.
Be the welcoming face of the monogram bar. Greet guests, explain personalization options, capture and confirm orders, manage the guest queue, organize completed items, and coordinate handoffs with the embroidery technician.
Best fit: Organized, personable applicants with retail, hospitality, customer service, or event experience. Prior embroidery experience is not required for this role.
Help turn event spaces into polished, professional embroidery stations. Assist with transporting and arranging supplies, staging merchandise, displaying menus and signage, preparing work areas, replenishing materials, and breaking down after events.
Best fit: Reliable, hands-on problem-solvers who enjoy behind-the-scenes event production and care about presentation and details.
We welcome people with transferable skills, and role-specific training may be available. Compensation and assignments are discussed individually based on responsibilities, experience, and event requirements.
Qualified applicants may be invited to a short conversation and a supervised, role-specific skills demonstration. Experienced embroidery technicians may be asked to prepare and run a sample monogram, check placement, and explain how they handle routine machine interruptions. New learners and event assistants may be asked to follow an order ticket, organize materials, and demonstrate attention to detail and guest communication. Previous embroidery experience is not required for trainee or event-support roles.
Any practical demonstration uses practice materials, not customer orders. We focus on safe technique, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to learn—not just speed.
Experienced operators and beginners eager to learn are both welcome! Complete the application below to be considered for upcoming Atlanta Monogram events. A résumé is optional, and you do not need prior embroidery experience for our trainee or event support positions.
