Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Atlanta Monogram. It is important to us that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason customers are not satisfied with their purchase, we will accept returns for items that are unused, due to manufacturing defect, with original tags attached and accompanied by the sales receipt within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.
Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee for any reason. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees both ways & are non-refundable.
Due to customized nature of our products returns are not accepted for any other reason than wrong monogram, style, order, or initials.
