Choose from our prepared character collection or commission a custom design inspired by your child’s own artwork. Guests add stuffing, join an age-appropriate finishing activity and give their new friend a name and personality.

From My Drawing
A premium custom experience that starts with a child’s original drawing. We translate the artwork into a sewable character, develop the pattern and prepare the approved shells before the party.
Commission one special party character for the group or individual designs for each child. Every unique pattern is scoped in advance and reflected in your per-child quote.
Custom characters are developed and approved before party day. Drawing submission dates, design revisions, fabric selections and production lead times are confirmed before booking.

The Luxe Character Party
$75 per child
- One prepared original character shell, approximately 10–12 inches depending on the character
- Two coordinated stock minky or plush textures from the approved collection
- One sewn sequin belly or heart panel
- A prepared embroidered face and standard sewn character features
- Stuffing and the guided stuffing activity
- Staff-assisted finishing and closure check
- One simple take-home bag
12 child places · $900 minimum
Both packages include advance shell preparation, activity supplies, a hosted station, standard setup and cleanup, and up to two hours of guest-facing party service. A guided short hand-sewing step can be selected for suitable age groups when agreed in advance.
Reserve at least 12 child places in one base package. Smaller groups are welcome at the same package minimum. Packages are designed for 12–20 children; larger groups receive a tailored per-child quote.
Choose the party’s character and fabric menu before booking. Characters, sizes, fabric colors and sequin options are confirmed from the available collection. Individual original drawings, new pattern development, custom-printed fabric, extra accessories and elaborate structural changes receive a separate From My Drawing quote.
Example: A Little Character Party for 12 children is $660. Adding a $15 embroidered name to every stuffie brings the total to $840 before applicable tax, travel or approved extras.

Ready to Stuff
We bring pre-sewn plush shells with a planned stuffing opening. Guests fill their character, choose the approved finishing details and help bring its personality to life. Our team completes and checks the closure.
Stitch & Stuff
A guided hand-sewing option using prepared, partly assembled characters. Guests work on simple finishing seams with suitable tools and adult assistance, then add stuffing. The sewing steps are matched to participants’ ages and experience, and our team checks the final closures.
We confirm the activity format, guest ages, staffing and service window in your proposal so the party feels creative, comfortable and achievable.

Picture a bunny with dragon horns, a fluffy monster with mismatched ears, or a whale with wings. We preserve the spirit of the drawing while refining its shapes, seams and fabric details for construction.
Fabric, sequin and finishing choices are selected for the approved character, activity and participant age group. Elaborate materials and individually developed characters are reflected in the quote.

Give Your Stuffie a Name
Optional personalization can include a first name, initials or a short word from the approved event menu.
- Heat-applied personalization: prepared designs applied by our staff using a mini iron or heat press on a compatible smooth fabric panel or patch.
- Embroidery before final assembly: names or monograms stitched on accessible panels or attachable patches while the character is still open.
- Live embroidery: available by advance arrangement when the event schedule, design and staffing allow.
Children choose their personalization details; staff handle the heat tools. HTV and embroidery placements are planned for suitable fabric areas, keeping the plush textures and sequin panels looking their best.

Upgrade prices cover one approved smooth fabric panel or patch, one color and a stock font. Embroidered names and monograms at these rates are prepared before the event while the shells are accessible. Live on-site embroidery is quoted separately when requested.
Personalized names and monograms are optional additions to both packages. Names, spelling, fonts, colors, placements and quantities are approved before preparation begins. The standard embroidered face included in each package is part of the character design.
From Sketch to Party-Day Friend
- Share the idea. Send your party date, venue, guest count, guest ages and character inspiration.
- Select your design level. Choose the Character Collection or submit drawings for a From My Drawing quote.
- Approve the plan. Confirm the character shapes, size, materials, included revisions, activity format, personalization and price.
- We prepare the pieces. Pattern development, cutting, detailed sewing and agreed advance embroidery happen before the event.
- Make the memory. Guests stuff, join the guided finishing activity and leave with the keepsake listed in their package.
New drawings or design changes after approval may require a revised quote and production schedule. We confirm feasibility and lead time before accepting a custom-character booking.
What Your Proposal Covers
Your per-child package identifies the prepared character or custom design work, selected fabrics, stuffing, activity materials, guided assembly or closure, staffing, setup and cleanup. Personalization, premium materials, packaging, drawing-display easels and extra styling are included only when listed.
The quote also confirms the event minimum, final guest count, drawing deadlines, service window and any travel, shipping, tax or venue-specific charges. Every individually designed character is accounted for in the approved scope.
