Reserve a minimum of 10 guest places: Classic parties start at $450; Signature parties start at $600. Smaller groups are welcome at the same package minimum. These packages are designed for 10–25 guests; larger groups receive a tailored per-person quote.
Choose one base package for your group. Stock hat colors and patch selections are confirmed before booking and are subject to availability. Custom-made patches, custom artwork, premium hat styles and direct embroidery are additional.

Start with the stock hat party, then add the finishing details your group loves. Live embroidery is reserved in advance so we can plan the equipment, staffing and guest flow.

Embroidery prices cover one approved placement, one thread color and a choice from the event’s stock font menu. Placement depends on the hat and patch layout. A $150 minimum embroidery upgrade total applies per event; this is applied toward the embroidery selected for your group.
Example: A Classic party for 10 guests is $450. Add a $15 embroidered name for each guest and the total is $600 before any applicable tax, travel or approved extras.

How to Book Your Hat Party
- Pick your celebration. Send your preferred date, time, venue, occasion and estimated guest count.
- Choose your package. Select Classic or Signature and tell us whether you would like embroidery or other upgrades.
- Reserve your date. Review your written proposal, approve the selections and submit the required deposit.
- Come ready to create. Our team sets up the hat bar and helps your guests put their looks together.
We bring the experience to your venue in Metro Atlanta. Travel, parking, shipping and special venue requirements are quoted when applicable. Applicable tax and any additional charges are itemized before booking.
Your proposal confirms the guest count, stock selections, service window, workspace, power and furniture requirements, and any embroidery production arrangements. Requests for extra guests or extended service are quoted in advance. Availability is reserved after proposal approval and receipt of the required deposit.
