• f you choose to give use initials we will print exactly the way you type them. 
• PLEASE double check your order for accuracy.
• Make sure the correct mailing address is added. We are not responsible to changing you 
• invoice once an order is completed.
• Feel free to contact us if you need to see thread/vinyl colors-We will not refund or exchange
• orders due to slight color contrasts.
• Proofs are welcome but MUST BE REQUESTED. They are sent within 24 to 48 hours

We use priority mail shipping methods which are normally 2 to 3 days. However once parcels have been
